The Title Industry has a knowledge problem

75% of our agents are over the age of 40.

The vast majority of our knowledge is passed down from generation to generation. It is not thoroughly documented, it is not taught in schools, the knowledge is not widely accessible and over the next several years we risk losing it as our skilled workforce retires.

At the Wicked Title Forum, we want to build the largest, independent, publicly accessible knowledgebase of title resources, tutorials, webinars, operations manuals, guides and other information. But to do this we need your help.

We are looking for people to contribute to this knowledge base. Whether it's just a messy copy of resources you've compiled internally, that webinar you did that one time, or you're interested in researching, editing and writing. We'll take anything you're willing to give and will provide free access to the knowledge base in return.
